Pose Hair Salon Policies
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a professional, welcoming environment. To help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies carefully. These guidelines are in place to promote transparency, fairness, and mutual consideration.
Cancellations & Late Fees
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost, which will be required before rescheduling.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate delays, your service may be shortened to fit the original time slot, and the full service fee will still apply. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.
Colour Services & Allergy Alert Testing
In accordance with legal and safety requirements, an allergy alert test must be conducted at least 48 hours prior to any on-scalp colour service or major colour change. If you experience any reaction to the test, please consult your doctor promptly. In such cases, colour services cannot be performed.
We kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to your appointment. Should you experience any discomfort during your service, please notify your stylist immediately.
Arrival instructions
Please arrive with clean, dry hair to ensure the best possible service experience. If you plan to bring a guest, kindly notify us in advance. Companions are permitted only during mid-week appointments and when no other guests are present, to maintain a calm and focused environment.
We encourage you to bring your own reading materials, as these are not provided in the salon. Please note that Pose Hair Salon is not responsible for personal belongings, including coats, bags, or other items. This includes any loss, damage, or theft that may occur while on the premises.
Service Guarantee, Exchanges & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us during your appointment or within 48 hours of your visit. We will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly. However, please note that refunds are not offered for services rendered.
Product exchanges are available for hair care items that do not meet your expectations, provided they are returned within a reasonable timeframe. This policy does not apply to electrical appliances (e.g., GHD tools), which must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Pose Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or whose health conditions may be negatively impacted by the service.
